1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the All-In-One Wedding Command Center (the "App"), a digital product developed and published by The Digital Million, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the App.
2. Description of the Service
The App is a self-contained, browser-based web application (and installable Progressive Web App) that helps couples plan a wedding — budgeting, guest and seating management, timelines and checklists, a day-of itinerary, and theme/e-card tools. All data you enter is stored locally on your own device; the App does not require an account and does not operate a backend server.
3. Digital Products & No-Refund Policy
Instant Digital Access. Due to the instant-access nature of digital software and digital downloads, all sales and purchases of the App are final and non-refundable. Access is delivered to you immediately upon purchase, which we consider full performance of the transaction on our part.
No Physical Item. You acknowledge that your purchase provides access to a web application / PWA digital template only, and includes no physical shipment, media, or goods of any kind. There is nothing to return.
Support & Assistance. If you encounter a technical issue accessing your digital command center, you're welcome to contact The Digital Million Customer Support (see Section 8 below) for assistance. However, technical difficulties, a change of mind, or simply no longer wanting the product do not, on their own, qualify for a refund once access has been delivered.
4. License & Personal Use
This software is licensed for personal use only. Re-selling, redistributing, sublicensing, or cloning the source code — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from The Digital Million.
5. No Professional Advice; Limitation of Liability
The App is provided for estimation and organizational purposes only and does not constitute formal financial, legal, or professional advice. The Digital Million is not responsible for budget discrepancies, financial losses, missed deadlines, or vendor agreement outcomes resulting from the use of this software. The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Your Data & Local Storage
Because the App stores data locally in your browser (via localStorage and IndexedDB) rather than on a server, you are responsible for backing up your own data — for example, using the Sync & Data panel's Export Data Backup feature — before clearing your browser data, switching devices, or uninstalling the App. The Digital Million cannot recover data that only ever existed on your device.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
